The following 4-H members have successfully completed 10 years of service in their respective clubs.
Andrea Coppess: Andrea is the daughter of Tom and Deb Coppess of Anderson. During her 10 years of 4-H, she has participated in Tractor Maintenance, Gift Wrapping, Jr. Leaders, and Child Development. She is a recent graduate of Frankton High School.
Caitlin Coston: Caitlin, a member of the Blue Ribbon Aces 4-H Club, is the daughter of Catherine Coston and Rick Coston of Elwood. During her 10 years, she has participated in Photography, Foods, Food Preservation, Sewing, and Fashion Revue. She was the recipient of a 4-H photography achievement award. Caitlin credits her years in 4-H as one of the main reasons she has decided upon photography as her career. Caitlin enjoys taking photographs and entering photography competitions, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. A recent graduate of Elwood Community High School, Caitlin will attend Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, Va., where she has been accepted into the photography program.
Carl Dykes: Carl is the son of Marian and John Dykes of Anderson. His 10 years in 4-H have been spent with Starblazers North. He was also a member of the K-9 Club. He is a recent graduate of Highland High School. Carl is an Eagle Scout, active with his church youth group and a fan of computer games. He was awarded the 4-H Aerospace Award. Carl plans to take classes in computer technology at Purdue.
Cody Earlywine: Cody is the son of Bryon and Teresa Earlywine, and the older brother of Chase Earlywine, of Anderson. He is a graduate of Highland High School. Cody is a member of the Rangers 4-H Club and has been active in showing horses and rabbits. In addition to 4-H, his hobbies include showing horses in Open Horse Shows and in NBHA shows, fitness, being a volunteer coach and referee for the Upward Basketball program, and being a peer tutor at Highland, working with the mentally and physically challenged students. His future plans are to pursue a career being a special needs teacher.
