IHSAA Girls Track results and Baseball Regional Scores

— At the IHSAA GIrls Track State Finals, Pendleton Heights Ellie McCardwell won the state championship in the pole vault with a leap of 12-feet 6-inches on her first attempt. The Arabians' junior was going to attempt to break the state record on her next attempt. The state record for the girls pole vault is 13-feet 6-inches. She cleared 13-feet on her second try.

The Elwood Panthers were defeated by Heritage Christian 5-4 in 10 innings at the Class 2A Park Tudor Regional on Saturday. Elwood never lead in the contest.

Pendleton Heights was beaten by Fort Wayne Snider, 13-11, in the first game of the Class 4A regional at Pendleton Heights.
