Published August 28, 2008 07:14 am - South Madison Community Schools will operate on a two-hour delay Thursday due to fog. Superintendent Thomas Warmke said there will be no morning kindergarten, but all other classes will begin two hours later than normal at all South Madison schools. “It’s thick as soup,” Warmke said of the fog in the South Madison district. 9 a.m. UPDATE: South Madison, Shenandoah on two-hour delay South Madison Community Schools and Shenandoah School Corp. were both operating on a two-hour delay Thursday due to fog.
