Anderson police probing report of rifle shots fired

ANDERSON — Anderson police Thursday night were investigating the report of shots being fired in the 2200 block of Central Avenue.

APD public information officer Joel Sandefur said a "victim" reported a man fired two rifle shots at him about 7 p.m. The victim was not wounded, Sandefur said, noting that officers were searching for the alleged shooter.
