INDIANAPOLIS — A fatal crash on northbound Interstate 69 near Fishers had the road closed for about two hours Wednesay afternoon. The roadway was back open by evening rush hour, according to The Herald Bulletin's news partner WISH-TV.
The closure was between the 5 and 6 mile markers, at 116th Street.
Officers said a preliminary look at the scene leads them to believe the incident may have been a suicide.
As of around 2:30 p.m., officials said the northbound lanes would likely be closed for four hours, but traffic was flowing again by shortly after 4 p.m.
