---- — MARKLEVILLE — Indiana Department of Transportation officials recently met with contractors and utility representatives at INDOT Greenfield District offices to coordinate activities for a pavement preservation project on Indiana 38 slated to begin in mid May — with utility relocations as early as mid-March.
The $555,600 district pavement project will mill and resurface nearly 3 1/2 miles of Indiana 38 from Indiana 109 east to 975 West in Madison and Henry counties. It includes sidewalks with ADA-compliant ramps through Markleville.
