Sparks said that DLZ Engineering has been chosen to complete the engineering component of Phase II, which will begin “in the near term.”
According to the CED, the lake could accelerate the ongoing economic growth of Madison and Delaware region.
“The goal is to try to fully understand the best that we can what will be the impact of the product on the community at large and the region,” Sparks said.
