Regional United Way promotes Hackney

INDIANAPOLIS — Katie Hackney has been promoted to associate director for resource development at the United Way of Central Indiana.

She will manage department operations, such as administrative support and logistics. Hackney had previously served as UWCI senior manager for donor retention.



New VPs named at Fathom Voice

INDIANAPOLIS — Fathom Voice, formerly based in Anderson, is promoting two directors to vice presidents.

Emily Hoover, former director of operations, is the new vice president of operations, and business development director Austin Evans has been named vice president of partner success.

Hoover’s role will be expanded to supervise future directors and key staff members as Fathom develops its operations department. Evans will also supervise the partner success department, focusing on client relations and account management.



New maintenance supervisor named

PENDLETON — Steve Krause has been promoted to maintenance supervisor and will oversee maintenance issues for all areas inside the walls of the Pendleton Correctional maximum security facility.

In December 2012, Mr. Krause was employed as a paint foreman at the correctional facility and held this position until his recent promotion.
