---- — Bethany Pointe Health Campus receives award for outstanding customer service

ANDERSON — Bethany Pointe received the Diamond Award for excellence at The Trilogy Health Services 2014 Spring Meeting, held April 22-24 in Nashville, Tenn. The Award was based on customer satisfaction results from a semi-annual survey that is sent to residents’ family members.

Bethany Pointe received recognition for its customer satisfaction scores in Staff Attitude, Quality of Nursing Care, Food Quality, Activity Programming and Appearance/Cleanliness.

“We are excited and pleased to receive such great recognition,” said executive director Fran Jenkins. “We value the fact that our customers have given us their stamp of approval. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families every day by delivering the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to lead such a wonderful team of healthcare professionals.”

Ed Martin wins Toyota President's Award

ANDERSON — Ed Martin Toyota was recently presented with the prestigious President’s Award from Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc. The award is presented annually to Toyota dealerships who’ve exhibited stellar work ethic.

The President’s Award pays homage to Toyota dealerships throughout the U.S. that achieve high standards of performance in all facets of the automotive dealer profession, including vehicle and parts sales, service and customer satisfaction. TMS has recognized dealers with the President’s Award since 1986.
