Horstman promoted at Aspire Indiana
Noblesville — A licensed psychologist and HSPP, Dr. Jody Horstman joined Aspire Indiana in March of 2012 and now serves as Senior Director of Youth & Family Community Services in the organization’s Carmel office.
Prior to joining Aspire, Horstman has served as a clinical therapist/psychologist, an outpatient manager, and director of child and adolescent services at an Indiana community mental health center for 22 years.
Horstman received her bachelor of arts degree in behavioral science from California State Polytechnic University and her master of arts and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the United States International University in San Diego, California.
LifeStream HR director receives certification
YORKTOWN — Becky Scott, director of human resources and staff development at LifeStream Services, has successfully earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credentials from the Society for Human Resource Management’s HR Certification Institute.
Scott has been with LifeStream for almost 16 years and manages a human resources department that works with about 120 staff members. She also assists in HR matters for Area 3 Aging and In-Home Services in Fort Wayne.
Cooke seeing vascular surgery patients at St. Vincent
ANDERSON — Vascular surgeon Jeffrey C. Cooke, M.D., F.A.C.S., is seeing patients at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
Cooke, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, is board certified in vascular surgery.
He attended Denison University, in Granville, Ohio, where he graduated with honors with degree in biology. He then attended The Ohio State University Medical School, Columbus, where he graduated cum laude.
Cooke has completed residency programs at both the University of Illinois Hospitals, Chicago, and The Ohio State University, and completed his fellowship program in peripheral vascular surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.
Cooke joins the CorVasc MDs, a division of St.Vincent Medical Group.
