Homeownership program information workshops scheduled

---- — ANDERSON — No-cost information sessions for the PathStone, a United Way of Madison County-funded partner’s first-time, home-buyer program, will be presented Thursday at the Impact Center, 630 Nichol Ave.

The sessions — 10 a.m.-noon and 5:30-7:30 p.m. — will include discussions about home-buyer counseling, home-buyer education and details of special financial assistance programs to help individuals and families become homeowners.

Currently eligible home buyers can receive as much as $7,500 toward the purchase of an Anderson home.
