ANDERSON, Ind. —
With the preseason opener looming Saturday night, the Colts wasted no time during Friday morning’s practice at Anderson University.
The Colts were scheduled to practice from 8:30 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. But with the chance to finally line up against another team on the horizon, practice was done by 9:45 a.m. and the team was headed out of town to Indianapolis to catch a flight to St. Louis.
Colts head coach Jim Caldwell stayed for an hour after practice to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.
The Colts will face the Rams Saturday night at 8 p.m. The game will be televised locally on WNDY Channel 23.
