Madison County police arrested Justin T. Frey, 34, of the 9600 block of South Indiana 9, Pendleton, at 6:27 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class C felony.
Anderson police arrested Antwuan D. Moody, 20, of the 1600 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 6:31 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony theft, Class B felony burglary, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.
Anderson police arrested Teresa J. Howerton, 42, of the 3600 block of Gun Barn Road, Anderson, at 6:57 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for violation of probation.
Madison County police arrested Brandy L. Bennett, 38, of the 2500 block of West 38th Street, Anderson, at 8:36 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony forgery.
Anderson police arrested Richard L. Domke, 55, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:53 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for a Class A misdemeanor in another jurisdiction.
Madison County police arrested Randy G. Hall, 34, of the 4100 block of Haverhill Drive, Anderson, at 10:26 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of in-home detention.
Edgewood police arrested Jonas Augustin, 31, of the 9200 block of East 132nd Street, Fishers, at 1:19 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony neglect of a dependent, Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class D felony dealing marijuana and Class A misdemeanor reckless driving.
Madison County police arrested John J. Ashby, 39, of the 600 block of North County Road 500 West, Anderson, at 1:45 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
