Madison County deputies arrested Caitlyn M. Downey, 20, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 8:10 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Lorie L. Morrison, 51, of the 600 block of Lennox Drive, Anderson, at 8:27 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for bond revocation on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Devante D. Goldsmith, 21, of the 100 block of East 14th Street, Anderson, at 10:01 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class D felony strangulation.

Madison County police arrested Phillip M. Snyder Jr., 38, of the 900 block of West Adams Street, Alexandria, at 10:17 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry, Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Elwood police arrested Jocelyn L. Bowyer, 20, of the 1600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 1:24 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class A misdemeanor.

Elwood police arrested Nichole R. Borris, 29, of the 1100 block of North Canal Street, Alexandria, at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class C misdemeanor.

Elwood police arrested Myles S. Owens, 23, of the 1500 block of North H Street, Elwood, at 1:44 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing meth and Class D felony possession of precursors.

Elwood police arrested Justin C. Short, 30, of the 1500 block of North H Street, Elwood, at 1:58 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of precursors.

Elwood police arrested Christian B. Morgan, homeless, at 4:38 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $75,000 for Class D felony possession of precursors and Class B felony dealing meth.

Madison County deputies arrested Brandon J. Etchison, 26, of the 3900 block of West Indiana 128, Frankton, at 9:31 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class B felony.
