Arrest Log: Feb. 14

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Scott A. Marcrum, 37, of the 1400 block of South 23rd Street, Elwood, at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for contempt of court in a civil case and violation of probation on a Class C felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Danitra S. McCloud, 29, of the 2100 block of George Street, Anderson, at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Madison County deputies arrested Kristy L. Fannin, 41, of the 7800 block of Chesapeake Drive, Indianapolis, at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Gerald M. Holbrook, 22, of the 1800 block of Drexel Drive, Anderson, at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Justin R. Mullins, 33, of the 5300 block of LeClair Drive, Anderson, at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class C felony.

Anderson police arrested Andrea J. Ginther, 46, of the 10400 block of Hermosa Drive, Indianapolis, at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County deputies arrested Curt P. Stults, 43, homeless, at 9:52 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of work release.

Anderson police arrested Christopher L. Kinson, 38, homeless, at 10:19 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class C felony battery with a deadly weapon and Class D felony strangulation.

Madison County deputies arrested Timothy F. Yarberry, 21, of the 3900 block of East Indiana 232, Anderson, at 1:17 a.m. Thursday. Bond was revoked on a Class A misdemeanor.
