Pendleton police arrested Katherine L. Wisehart, 24, of the 200 block of Adams Street, Pendleton, at 9:05 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony intimidation and probation violation.
Madison County deputies arrested Jeremy L. Giselbach, 35, of the 3900 block of East County Road 300 North, Anderson, at 10:06 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony strangulation and Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
Anderson police arrested Jerek Perry, age omitted, of the 300 block of Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 12:19 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Madison County deputies arrested Casey J. Pugh, 31, of the 1600 block of Hill Street, Anderson, at 1:08 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish.
Elwood police arrested Derik J. Brannum, 35, homeless, at 1:26 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and failure to appear on two Class A misdemeanors.
Elwood police arrested Danny K. Collier Jr., 31, of the 1900 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 1:44 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.
Pendleton police arrested Ryan A. Pollard, 22, of the 2200 block of Vine Street, Muncie, at 2:07 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony theft, Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.
Pendleton police arrested Eric W. Derolf, 36, of the 400 block of East Street, Pendleton, at 3:34 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C felony sex misconduct with a minor and Class D felony sexual battery.
