Arrest Log: March 1

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Reva Marie Tarr, 23, of the 2800 block of East Indiana 38, Westfield, at 8:18 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor for OWI: .08 to less than .15 BAC.

Anderson police arrested Donte Lamonte King, 36, of the 1600 block of Sherman Street, Anderson, at 9:15 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, at $5000 for Class D felony for dealing marijuana, hash oil, hashish and at $5,000 for Class D felony for possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Thomas Wayne Gregory, 39, of the 300 block of South Council Street, Muncie, at 1:53 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for theft.

Anderson police arrested Shontel Lynn Sours, 35, of the 800 block of East Willards Street, Muncie, at 2:29 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor for public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Brian Eugene Pierce, 30, of the 2200 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 3:28 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $35,000 for Class A felony for child molest, at $35,000 for Class C felony for child molest, at $35,000 for Class C felony for child molest and no bond was set for Class C felony for hold for a 10 day probation violation.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Homer Lynn Ballard, 60, who is homeless, at 4:41 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B felony for robbery.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Curtis Leshun Jones, 37, of the 7300 block of North Mona Lisa Road, Tuscon, Ariz., at 5:01 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C felony for battery: serious injury-deadly weapon and a Class D felony for battery: serious injury-deadly weapon.
