Frankton police arrested George Franklin Paschal, 34, of the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Anderson, at 6:57 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor for probation violation-initial warrant. Bond was set at $250 for civil for contempt of court for child support.

Anderson police arrested Harry Lee Roberson III, 45, of the 1600 block of West 12th Street, Anderson, at 8:16 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B felony for violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Shea Edward Stover, 20, of the 700 block of Hillside Drive, Anderson, at 10:03 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for a Class B misdemeanor for disorderly conduct.

Anderson police arrested Mathew Lee Gustin Sr., 46, of the 2100 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 10:30 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $2,000 for civil for contempt of court for child support.

Madison County Sheriff's deputies arrested Wardel Brown III, 25, of the 1500 block of Harrison Street, Noblesville, at 1:04 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor for possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish.

Anderson police arrested Kevin Sean Hagensieker, 22, of the 3600 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 1:05 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for a Class A misdemeanor for domestic battery.

Indiana State police arrested Kimberly Ann French, 31, of the 3800 block of North County Road 100 East, New Castle, at 2:28 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor for OWI.

Elwood police arrested Derrick L. Finch, 29, of the 900 block of North Main Street, Tipton, at 4:39 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for OWI: previous conviction and at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor for public intoxication.

Pendleton police arrested Jason Andrew Campbell, 29, of the 2400 block of North Morrison, Muncie, at 4:40 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor for OWI and at $8,000 for Class B misdemeanor for public intoxication.

  • Election board looking into voter fraud allegation The Madison County Election Board delayed a decision into allegations of voter fraud in the May primary until it can gather additional information. Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
