Arrest Log: Dec. 13

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Timmy A. Hill, 50, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:19 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for public intoxication on a Class B misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Christopher R. Delawter, 24, of the 800 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 9:02 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested James A. Ledford, 39, of the 3900 block of North County Road 200 West, Anderson, at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony pointing a firearm and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.

Madison County police arrested Destini L. Lizama, 25, of Village Drive, Carmel, at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

State police arrested Matthew R. Shields, 22, of the 100 block of Ranier Street, Meridianville, at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Jordan D. Morano, 20, of the 2400 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Jeffery A. Daniels, 46, of the 300 block of South Main Street, Summitville, at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $400 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Summitville Police arrested Vanity D. Hammers, 21, of the 300 block of South Main Street, Summitville, at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Jay R. Smithhart, 24, of the 7200 block of Ralston Avenue, Indianapolis, at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.
