Arrest Log: Dec. 17

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Jason Eugene Waggoner, 38, of the 1500 block of North K Street, Elwood, at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday. Bond was set at $2,250 for contempt of court, failure to appear and contempt of court in child support.

Anderson police arrested Carlos Menwell Arevalo III, 36, of the 1500 block of Menifee Street, Anderson, at 2:57 p.m. on Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jesse Duane Hardebeck, 27, of the 1400 block of North Ninth Street, Elwood at 3:26 p.m. on Sunday. No bond was set for failure to appear, a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Derrick Lamont Hurt, 39, of the 2700 block of West 16th Street, Anderson. at 8:11 p.m. on Sunday. No bond was set for public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Joseph Keppler, 42, of the 2000 block of Lafayette Street, Anderson at 8:40 p.m. on Sunday. No bond was set for failure to appear and violation of probation, both Class B felonies.

Anderson police Paul Edward Mullins, 60 of the 300 block of East 31st Street, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. on Monday. No bond was set for domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Collette Nicole Watson, 31, of the 200 block of North Woodworth Street, Frankton, at 1:17 a.m. on Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Destinie Michelle Goins, 20, of the 1100 block of West Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 4:30 a.m. on Monday. Bond was set at $1,894.87.87 for contempt of court in a civil case.
