Arrest Log: Dec. 29

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Joshua D. Wilson, 34, of the 200 block of Woodworth Avenue, Frankton, at 8:27 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $100,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony possession of methamphetamine, Class D felony neglect of a dependent, Class D felony possession or sale of chemical reagents or precursors and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Alexandria police arrested Kylee N. Hosier, of the 200 block of Washington Street, Alexandria, at 9:24 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: endangering a person.

Anderson police arrested Ryan L. Harvey, 25, of the 2400 block of East Fourth Street, Anderson, at 10:41 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI: .15 BAC or greater.

Anderson police arrested Curt P. Stults, 43, of the 900 block of Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 10:46 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for failure to appear of a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Joshua P. Lynch, 35, of the 500 block of North 900 West, Anderson, at 1:06 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of work release.

Madison County deputies arrested Jimmie H. Jacobs, 28, of the 400 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 1:26 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for two counts of Class A misdemeanor probation violation.

Anderson police arrested Daniel S. Stafford, 20, of the 600 block of Valley Drive, Anderson, at 2:33 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol and he was held for parole violation of a Class D felony.
