Indiana State police arrested Nicholas A. Perkins, 34, of the 8200 block of Raider Road, Middletown, at 2:01 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Alexandria police arrested Phillip W. Levi, 53, of the 500 block of East County Road 1000 North, Alexandria, at 2:48 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested Michael S. Whittle, 47, of the 1500 block of State Road 37, Elwood, at 5:06 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Chesterfield police arrested Debra S. Helping, 58, of the 5600 block of Liz Lane, Anderson, at 5:10 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor OWI: controlled substance.

Elwood police arrested Jeannie K. Stewart, 48, of the 1500 block of State Road 37, Elwood, at 5:56 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Sharon L. Young, 28, of the 1100 block of East 27th Street, Anderson, at 6:08 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Michael J. Wright III, 18, of the 3100 block of Thompkins Square Court, Indianapolis, at 9:04 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor carry handgun without license.

Anderson police arrested James E. Barber, 41, of the 1500 block of Florence Street, Marion, at 9:41 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .15 BAC or greater.

Madison County deputies arrested Amy L. Short, 41, of the 400 block of Cross Street, Anderson, at 2:12 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine or narcotic and Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Madison County deputies arrested Zacery A. Trover, 22, of the 4000 block of Ridgeview Road, Anderson, at 2:14 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony possession or use of legend drug or precursor, Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor carry a handgun without a license.

Anderson police arrested James A. Watson Jr., 34, of the 600 block of East Ninth Street, Anderson, at 3:15 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement, Class D felony intimidation and he was held for parole violation of a Class D felony.
