Arrest Log: Dec. 30

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Charles T. Moody, 36, of the 300 block of North Fifth Street, Middletown, at 10:07 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdmeenaor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Curtis T. Ploughman, 36, of the 400 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class C felony.

Edgewood police arrested Leslie D. Linville, 49, of the 1800 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 1:16 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Chad M. Warner, 41, of the 1300 block of North Harrison Street, Alexandria, at 2:07 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor conversion and violation of probation on a Class C felony.

Madison County police arrested Randall E. Trent, 46, of the 1400 block of East 23rd Street, Anderson, at 2:10 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court on a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Tina H. Tukes, 30, of the 2400 block of Jackson Street, Anderson, at 4:52 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $166.50 for contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Desiree J. Grubb, 26, of the 2100 block of South Pershing, Muncie, at 5:31 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

Alexandria police arrested Lynda S. McCune, 33, of the 400 block of South Clinton Street, Summitville, at 5:36 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Zachery N. McKinzie, 26, of the 2600 block of West Indiana 38, Pendleton, at 6:20 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

  • Election board looking into voter fraud allegation The Madison County Election Board delayed a decision into allegations of voter fraud in the May primary until it can gather additional information. Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
