Arrest Log: Feb. 1

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Shukria Tyree Vanbuskirk, 24, of the 12000 block of North Ind. 37, Elwood, at 10:03 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Indiana State Police arrested Tasha Marie Roberts, 43, of the 3700 block of Oaklawn Dr., Anderson at 10:07 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class C misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.

Madison County deputies arrested Jesse Lee Allen Glover, 47, of the 500 block of W. Sixth St., Anderson at 10:48 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 on Class C felony vicarious sexual gratification, Class C felony child molest and a 10-day hold on Class C felony parole violation.

Madison County deputies arrested Bobby Ray Rector, 33, of the 3100 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 11:25 a.m. Thursday. He was ordered released on $5,000 bond on Class A misdemeanor conversion, Class D felony strangulation and Class A misdemeanor battery on a person-bodily injury.

Anderson police arrested Marnie Rochelle Ratliff, 44, of the 80 block of Circle Drive, Chesterfield at 12:42 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony theft and Class A felony possession of a controlled substance.

Alexandria police arrested Lisa Marie Elbert, 22, of the 1000 block of Marion Street, Alexandria, at 1:37 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set on Class D felony violation of suspended sentence.

Anderson police arrest Charles Cameron Swain, 18, of the 1500 block of Lynnwood Drive, Anderson, at 2:22 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony auto theft, Class D felony theft, and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Anderson police arrested Aaron Tyler-Benjamin Floyd, 20, homeless, at 3:02 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $40,000 on Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance-alcohol.
