Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Edgewood police arrested Russell C. Adkins, 28, of the 100 block of North Hudson Avenue, Muncie, at 4:15 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested David P. Brinkley, 35, of the 600 block of West 21st Street, Anderson, at 4:55 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class C felony.

Pendleton police arrested Tyler W. Poor, 28, of the 1000 block of South Pendleton Avenue, Pendleton, at 5:21 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class D felony auto theft.

Madison County deputies arrested Penny K. Leininger, 48, of the 2800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 5:51 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

Anderson police arrested Ricky L. Lynch, 55, of the 1000 block of McCormick Drive, New Castle, at 6:02 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Debra S. Helpling, 58, of the 5600 block of Liz Lane, Anderson, at 10:22 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class C misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Malcolm A. Wilkins, 21, of the 200 block of South Nursery Road, Anderson, at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
