Arrest Log: Feb. 7

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Edelmiro Rivera-Hipolito, 27, of the 1300 block of South Madison Road, Elwood, at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Madison County deputies arrested Juliann E. Reed, 35, of the 2700 block of North C Street, Elwood, at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $540 for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested Brittany J. Luttrell, 35, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Mindy N. Jones, 31, of the 200 block of North 10th Street, Elwood, at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Victor E. Stark, 49, of the 6400 block of South Independence Court, Pendleton, at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $30,117 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Joshua D. Neer, 31, of the 7400 block of East 33rd Street, Indianapolis, at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Brian K. Hunter, 33, of the 2200 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 8:16 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class C felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Teresa J. Howerton, 43, of the 3600 block of Gun Barn Road, Anderson, at 9:47 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class B felony.

Elwood police arrested Melissa A. Casto, 46, of the 800 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 4:42 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
