Arrest Log: June 12

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested David L. Miller, 35, of the 1900 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 5:40 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Madison County police arrested Donald L. Murdock, 31, of the 6300 block of West 80 South, Pendleton, at 7:17 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.

Madison County police arrested Jay T. Whitsitt, 34, of the 2200 block of Travis Drive, Lebanon, at 7:19 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Steven M. Zirkle, 30, of the 900 block of Cottage Avenue, Anderson, at 8:31 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Civil contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Elwood police arrested Lora K. Jones, 37, of the 2300 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 8:40 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Kiely D. White, 25, of the 1000 block of East 10th Street, Anderson, at 10:25 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Tanner R. Howells, 30, of the 100 block of Gregory Drive, Pendleton, at 2:04 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $1,000 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Jesse J. C. Williams, 23, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 2:09 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Anderson police arrested Johnica C. Hinson, 35, of the 800 block of West 14th Street, Anderson, at 2:23 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
