Arrest log: April 10

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested John H. Logan Jr., 31, of the 1400 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 9:03 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of work release.
  • Madison County police arrested Daniel L. Nance, 72, of the 100 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 9:50 a.m. Monday. Nance was released on his own recognizance for Class B felony failure to deposit public funds.
  • Anderson police arrested Demetrious K. Harris, 33, of the 1900 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 1:49 a.m. Monday. Harris posted bail of $500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Antonio X. Chigo, 37, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 1:50 a.m. Monday. Chigo posted bail of $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI, Class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.
  • Madison County police arrested Michelle R. Rich, 32, of the 2600 block of East Sixth Street, Anderson, at 2:23 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.
  • Anderson police arrested Aman A. Arriaza, 40, of the 1500 block of North 19th Avenue, Melrose Park, Ill., at 4:11 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Sandra L. Ebbert, 34, of the 4100 block of Mounds Road, Anderson, at 5:21 p.m. Monday. Ebbert posted bail of $5,000 for two counts of Class D felony OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Donald L. Shrock III, 32, of the 2800 block of George Street, Anderson, at 5:29 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.
  • Anderson police arrested Jason A. Beardsley, 35, of the 1700 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 6:07 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery.
  • Madison County police arrested Curtis N. Turpen, 38, of the 1100 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 6:10 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
  • Madison County police arrested Tori N. Melton, 25, of the 3400 block of South Scatterfield Road, at 7:11 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.
  • Madison County police arrested Gerardo Trinidad-Ramirez, 32, of the 400 block of West 11th Street, Alexandria, at 8:46 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Robert W. Holder Sr., 58, of the 3500 block of North Schofield Street, Indianapolis, at 1:57 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.
  • State police arrested Erica D. Hooten, 23, of the 7400 block of West County Road 750 North, Middletown, at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Anderson police arrested Darius A. Hardiman, 21, of the 2900 block of Krumblar Street, Terre Haute, 2:32 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $70,000 for Class A felony attempted murder, Class A felony robbery and Class D felony dealing marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested Kimberly D. Guiden, 38, of the 1300 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Anderson police arrested Nikki L. Justice, 34, of the 2000 block of Columbus Avenue, at 5:18 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Cristina D. Woods, 20, of the 1500 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class B misdemeanor false informing.
  • Anderson police arrested Moris E. Chacon, 39, of the 2500 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 5:57 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • State police arrested Zachary A. Hawkins, 21, of the 5800 block of Hillside Avenue, Indianapolis, at 5:58 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine and Class D felony possession of paraphernalia.
  • Elwood police arrested Cody R. Rose, 20, of the 1500 block of South Indiana 37, Elwood, at 6:28 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct, Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, Class D felony intimidation and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Anderson police arrested Gail A. Allen, 49, of the 1700 block of Bennington Court, Anderson, at 6:34 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property.
