Arrest log: April 11

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Haylie B. Rhule, 30, of the 3000 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 8:09 a.m. Tuesday. Rhule posted bail of $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor false informing and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.
  • Elwood police arrested Bryon K. Long Jr., 29, of the 14900 block of Deer Trail Drive, Noblesville, at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Pendleton police arrested William B. Hill, 34, of the 3000 block of Stilton Drive, Cicero, at 9:34 a.m. Tuesday. Hill was court ordered released for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Patrick W. Morrow, 39, of the 2000 block of Columbus Avenue, at 1:41 p.m. Tuesday. Morrow posted bail of $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
  • Madison County police arrested Michael L. Lane, 50, of the 3300 block of Memorial Drive, Elwood, at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear and Class C misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Madison County police arrested Christopher McGlown, 55, of the 2100 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass and Class D felony theft.
  • Anderson police arrested Gregory R. Townsend, 36, of the 2300 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Madison County police arrested Miranda J. Biddle, 33, of the 1300 block of West 291st Street, Sheridan, at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.
  • Anderson police arrested Brandon E. Taliaferro, 22, of the 400 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.
  • Anderson police arrested Brandon C. Lifford, 21, of the 2300 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested John A. Wiginton Jr., 29, of the 1500 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 2:35 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Jessica R. Rhoads, 32, of the 500 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 2:52 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor false informing.
  • State police arrested Scott B. Kruger, 50, of the 3200 block of Lindberg Road, Anderson, at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday. Kruger posted bail of $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Gregory Keith Clayton, 41, of the 4500 block of North Elizabeth Street, at 8:56 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Heidi S. Sayers, 50, of Ringwood Way, Anderson, at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
  • Anderson police arrested Devon K. Montague, 19, of the 1600 block of B Street, Anderson, at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • State police arrested William K. Davis, 38, of East Oak Street, Orestes, at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • State police arrested Jessica N. Murphy, 26, of East Oak Street, Orestes, at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested Timothy S. Welker, 44, of the 1500 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 1:47 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony strangulation.
