ANDERSON, Ind. — Police are investigating an armed robbery Tuesday night at a local liquor store.
According to Anderson Police Department public information officer Joel Sandefur, two men entered the Keg-N-Bottle liquor store in the 1700 block of Meridian Street and made off with an undisclosed amount of money from the register. At least one of the men was brandishing a gun.
Sandefur said at least one of the men was in police custody after a possible foot pursuit at about 8 p.m. Details were limited at presstime. Sandefur said he would release more information as it becomes available.
