Anderson police arrested Douglas N. White Jr., 45, of the 600 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 5:32 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia and parole violation for a Class C felony.

Anderson police arrested Robert L. Ellis, 49, of the 1400 block of 10th Street, Anderson, at 5:33 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia and parole violation of a Class C felony.

Anderson police arrested Patrick W. Morrow, 40, of the 2000 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 6:55 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor and probation violation on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Seantia A. Dennis, 29, of the 2900 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 7:21 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.

Madison County deputies arrested Phoenix M. Huffman, 18, of the 1 block of Crescent Court, Chesterfield, at 7:44 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment, two counts.

Madison County deputies arrested Glen C. Horrigan, 44, of the 5700 block of Route 67, Pendleton, at 8:05 p.m. Monday. Bond was set for $2,000 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Heather D. Thompson, 28, of the 400 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 8:07 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Police arrested Devin G. Kepner, 29, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:43 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony contempt of court, two counts.

Madison County deputies arrested Loyd E. Stephens, 47, of the 8500 block of Pin Oak Drive, Pendleton, at 11:20 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony strangulation and Class A misdemeanor battery.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
