Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Brandon L. Gressley, 25, of the 2200 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 9:21 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for hold for other jurisdiction.

• Madison County deputies arrested Bryant K. Ashley, 24, of the 1700 block of Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, Class A misdemeanor OWI: controlled substance and probation violation on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested William J. Sovern, 41, of the 1 block of Norwich Street, Clovis Calif., at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony sex offender registration violations.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jeffrey T. Duvall, 26, of the 1100 block of Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $3,500 for failure to appear on a Class D felony, failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor and two counts of contempt of court in a civil case.

• Madison County deputies arrested Seth J. Hale, 37, of the 4200 block of Kessler Lane East Drive, Indianapolis, at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $40,000 Class C felony child molest, two counts.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jacob H. Phipps, 28, of the 100 block of 17th Street, Anderson, at 4:06 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for return to county jail for a civil case.

• Frankton police arrested Keith E. Riley, 58, of the 3500 block of West 950 South, Pendleton, at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony habitual traffic offender and probation violation on a Class C felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Eugene Woods Jr., 44, of the 1300 block of Third Street, Anderson, at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case, two counts.
