Arrest Log: Nov. 22

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Tonya M. Eubanks, 38, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 8:42 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County deputies arrested Jeffrey R. Kidd, 23, of the 1800 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 9:43 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Mark J. Johnson, 32, of the 2300 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 11:44 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Anderson police arrested Anthony C. Harris Jr., 22, of the 1500 block of Costello Street, Anderson, at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony battery with a deadly weapon, two counts, $10,000 for Class D felony residential entry, two counts, $10,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness, two counts, and Class A misdemeanor probation violation, two counts.

Anderson police arrested Diana K. Lorenzana, 39, homeless, at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County deputies arrested Donald L. Glendenning, 34, of the 100 block of Main Street, Summitville, at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Police arrested Suzie M. Everling, 36, of the 11000 block of 600 West, Fairmount, at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Earnest L. Alexander, 28, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony deal cocaine or narcotic and $20,000 for Class B misdemeanor operator never listed.

Madison County deputies arrested Shawn L. Keesling, 46, homeless, at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B felony return to county jail, two counts.
