NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested David H. Upton, 52, of the 2800 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 9:11 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI, Class A misdemeanor OWI and probation violation in another jurisdiction.

Alexandria police arrested Jacob D. Lillard, 26, of the 100 block of South Central Avenue, Alexandria, at 1:30 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Larry E. Sigler Jr., 52, of the 400 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 1:42 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Michelle E. Arevalo, 35, of the 600 block of Alexandria Pike, Anderson, at 1:57 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Edwin S. Roman III, 27, of the 600 block of West State Street, Pendleton, at 2:43 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Elwood police arrested Jeffrey A. Trent, 30, of the 800 block of Memorial Drive, Elwood, at 5:47 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license.

Madison County police arrested Charles C. House, 31, of the 1800 block of Hendricks Street, at 12:42 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony

Madison County police arrested Charles A. Heyboer, 45, of the 4400 block of Chapman Road, Saint Paris, Ohio, at 2:02 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.
