Trial starts for man accused of robbing bank in 2011

Court records indicate that days before the bank robbery, Booker admitted to failing to get substance abuse evaluation and complete treatment, failed to pay probation fees of $116, submitted a urine specimen that tested positive for marijuana and failed to remain employed. The court ordered him to pay fees for the treatment program and complete the program, participate in the Man 4 Man program and complete a minimum of 40 community service hours.
