Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Ingalls police arrested John A. Richards, 25, of the 3000 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 9:19 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Madison County deputies arrested Brittni N. Osborne, 31, of the 1100 block of East 27th Street, Anderson, at 10:35 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Brandon T. Brown, 23, of the 100 block of Jasper Way, Anderson, at 1:03 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County deputies arrested Lisa L. Brumley, 38, of the 500 block of North Street, Chesterfield, at 1:25 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Paul A. Pangallo, 73, of the 5900 block of Winston Drive, Indianapolis, at 2:38 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony corrupt business influence, Class C felony money laundering, Class D felony Medicaid fraud and Class D felony theft.

Madison County deputies arrested Clinton J. Masters, 32, of the 1000 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 4:35 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony sex offender registration violation and probation violation on a Class B felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Gayland L. Swaim, 55, of the 200 block of West 13th Street, Anderson, at 5:18 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Rodrico D. Clay, 28, of the 1600 block of Lockerbie Court, Anderson, at 5:45 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $100,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, probation violation on a Class D felony and failure to appear on a Class B felony.
