Arrest Log: April 6

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Robert R. Myers Jr., 45, of the 200 block of Unanai Drive, Pendleton, at 4:15 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class B felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Thomas N. Hite III, 26, of the 1 block of East County Road 900 North, Alexandria, at 4:22 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Blake R. Cody, 22, of the 2700 block of Seminole Drive, Anderson, at 4:41 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class B felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Todd D. Witcher, 45, of the 800 block of Eighth Street, Frankton, at 4:40 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class B felony.

• Anderson police arrested Jonathon L. Graves, 21, of the 2300 block of Franklin Street, Anderson, at 6:00 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kione M. Perkins, 24, of the 2100 block of Joyce Drive, Kokomo, at 6:24 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Anderson police arrested Fred L. Reese III, 31, of the 1600 block of Hillcrest Avenue, Anderson, at 12:44 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil trial.

• Madison County deputies arrested Crystal L. Woods, 21, of the 1500 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 12:45 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness, two counts, and Class A misdemeanor leaving an accident scene.

• Madison County deputies arrested Mitchell E. Preston Jr., 43, of the 6500 block of Rushing River Drive, Noblesville, at 2:24 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court in a civil case.
