Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Sheri L. Armstrong, 39, of the 1200 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 4:33 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County deputies arrested Brittany C. L. Keen, 28, of the 300 block of East County Road 650 North, Alexandria, at 4:58 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $1,250 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Randall D. Starr, 55, of the 700 block of Lapel Street, Frankton, at 5:42 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Jamie J. Jackson, 35, of the 2900 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 8:21 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested David E. Justice Jr., 39, of the 2400 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 8:23 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $6,500 for contempt of court on child support, Class D felony OWI, Class D felony neglect of a dependent and Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Anderson police arrested David F. Adams II, 24, of the 1600 block of Sherman Street, Anderson, at 9:02 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of drug court.

Anderson police arrested Shawn M. Hall, 28, of the 1200 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 10:04 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Anderson police arrested John T. Dixon II, 24, of the 2400 block of Tamarack Place, Anderson, at 1:58 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Kenneth D. Nipper, 44, homeless, at 2 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.
