Anderson police arrested Brent E. Brizendine, 38, of Village Parkway, Pendleton, at 2 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $7,000 for contempt of court on child support, Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor reckless driving, Class A misdemeanor OWI, Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Anderson police arrested Jessica L. Boram, 35, of the 2000 block of Columbus Avenue, at 2:04 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony auto theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested James L. Allen, 48, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 5:22 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Stephen M. Lane, 53, of the 300 block of West 14th Street, Anderson, at 5:38 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony intimidation and Class D felony criminal recklessness.

Elwood police arrested Kaylee L. Neese, 19, of the 1200 block of North Ninth Street, Elwood, at 5:49 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County deputies arrested Betty Atkins, 48, of the 200 block of South Water Street, Chesterfield, at 6:02 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Alexandria police arrested Jesse D. Mitchell, 33, of the 700 block of North 150 West, Greenfield, at 6:14 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony strangulation.

Lapel police arrested Nathan B. Gilliam, 23, of the 800 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 6:24 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
