Arrest Log: April 9

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Ashley J. Price, 28, of the 7800 block of S. Walnut, Daleville, at 10:34 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $22,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and contempt of court on child support.

• Madison County deputies arrested Robert L. Davis III, 23, of the 4300 block of Wolf Paw Lane, Anderson, at 2:45 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing a narcotic.

• Madison County deputies arrested Daniel M. McGinnis, 30, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 4:40 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class D felony.

• Anderson police arrested Maurice L. Beverly Jr., 21, of the 6100 block of Arrowhead Drive, Anderson, at 5:14 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemenaor driving while suspended.

• Madison County deputies arrested Judith M. Skinner, 29, of the 2000 block of East 41st Street, Anderson, at 5:14 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Milinda J. Brown, 39, of the 5900 block of South Indiana 67, Pendleton, at 5:50 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of in-home detention.

• Anderson police arrested Preston G. Williams, 41, of the 1700 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 6:01 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,500 for contempt of court in a civil case and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

• Madison County deputies arrested Ashley A. Reid, 30, of the 3600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 6:11 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class C felony.

• Anderson police arrested Michael R. Harless, 29, of the 2100 block of East Indiana 38, Markleville, at 6:37 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Class D felony theft, Class B felony burglary and Class D felony receiving stolen property.

• Anderson police arrested Julie A. Barnes, 33, of the 2700 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 6:46 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class B felony.
