Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Lacey N. Caldwell, 28, of the 13900 block of West Berry Street, Daleville, at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B misdemeanor false informing.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tonya L. Harris, 38, of the 2100 block of Kerrwood Drive, Anderson, at 3:03 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class C felony.

• Anderson police arrested Jeramy A. Rhodus, 34, homeless, at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemenaor resisting law enforcement and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested Andrika J. Radford-Brooks, 36, of the 1600 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

• Elwood police arrested Andrew M. Johns, 24, of the 1300 block of South L Street, Elwood, at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B felony possession of a controlled substance.

• Anderson police arrested Daquan M. Wells, 20, of the 1300 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

• Anderson police arrested Kurtis J. Smith, 34, of the 1500 block of East 42nd Street, Anderson, at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $7,000 for contempt of court on child support and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

• Madison County deputies arrested Bridgette L. Condon, 28, of the 1000 block of East Eighth Street, Anderson, at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony forgery, Class D felony theft and Class D felony receiving stolen property.
