Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Nicholas D. Smith, 27, of the 800 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 4:01 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,500 for Class D felony OWI and contempt of court in a civil case.

• Alexandria police arrested Richard G. Hastings, 31, of the 200 block of South Main Street, Gaston, at 4:03 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

• Anderson police arrested Anthony W. Cochran, 55, of the 2200 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 4:54 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

• Madison County deputies arrested Bridget R. Kiger, 18, of the 1300 block of West 10th Street, Muncie, at 5:16 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Elwood police arrested Deborah L. Goodman, 45, of the 1600 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 5:28 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary, Class D felony theft and Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

• Alexandria police arrested Ashley D. Lane, 31, of the 1400 block of North Park Avenue, Alexandria, at 6:09 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

• Madison County deputies arrested Elizabeth M. Long, 30, of the 200 block of West Willow Street, Anderson, at 6:10 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

• Madison County deputies arrested Christine L. Swisher, 35, of the 4300 block of Clark Street, Anderson, at 10:56 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony fraud and Class D felony theft.

• Anderson police arrested Heather D. Bilbrey, 36, of the 1200 block of Home Avenue, Anderson, at 10:56 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
