Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jennifer L. Fudge, 41, of the 1800 block of South Plaza Drive, Elwood, at 1:44 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class B felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Thomas D. Lee, 34, of the 2300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child and contempt of court on child support.

• Anderson police arrested Mark S. White, 42, of the 3400 block of Clark Street, Anderson, at 3 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

• Madison County deputies arrested DeAndrea L. Turner, 23, of the 2000 block of Sherman Street, Anderson, at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class A felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Michael P. Riddle, 31, homeless, at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to return to lawful detention and violation of probation on a Class C felony.

• Anderson police arrested Daniel R. Avalos, 21, of the 2700 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 6:23 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony dealing marijuana and a probation hold on a Class D felony.

• Elwood police arrested Mack A. Gardner, 55, of the 1100 block of East County Road 400 North, Anderson, at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.

• Anderson police arrested Derek M. Rigsbee, 26, of the 500 block of East Indiana 28, Alexandria, at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony possession of a syringe and probation violation on a Class D felony.
