Arrest Log: June 13

NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Ricki E. Hemdon, 60, of the 1600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 17th and Meridian streets. Bond was set at $10,000 on a Class C felony charge of child molest.

Anderson police arrested Roderick R. Simon, 44, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Main Street. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of probation violation.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Anthony T. Leicht, 26, of the 600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on three Class C misdemeanor return to jail per court order.

Anderson police arrested Paul D. Gammon, 49, of the 2000 block of Poplar Street, Anderson, at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $15,000 on two Class A misdemeanor charges of possession and dealing of marijuana, hash oil, hashish, and a Class D felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Erica W. Riall, 25, of the 600 block of Sun Valley Drive, Anderson, at 9:54 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery.

Police arrested Emily N. Harris, 22, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set on a Class B felony court commitment.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Randall E. Sipe, 53, of the 5900 block of North C.R. 750 West, Muncie, at 1:24 a.m. at the intersection of C.R. 400 East and 1100 North. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction.
