Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Summitville police arrested Casey M. Cunningham, 24, of the 800 block of Minnesota Avenue, Alexandria, at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Dawn M. Morrow, 42, of East Main Street, Markleville, at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Edward L. Hogan, 40, of the 4600 block of State Road 9 Fort Wayne, at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Jessica R. Rhoads, 33, of the 500 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Benjamin A. Donati, 35, of the 5800 block of West Starr Lane, Muncie, at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony strangulation, Class A misdemeanor battery and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Madison County police arrested Kurnie N. Nickson Jr., 32, of the 2200 block of West 65th Street, Indianapolis, at 10:19 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.

Alexandria police arrested Jeffrey T. Duvall, 25, of the 1100 block of West Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 2:04 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor reckless driving, Class A misdemeanor OWI, Class B misdemeanor aggressive driving, Class D felony OWI, Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Elwood police arrested Christopher C. Sterling, 29, of the 1600 block of South E Street, Elwood, at 2:15 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Elwood police arrested Nathan T. Patz, 27, of the 10600 block of North County Road 200 East, Alexandria, at 5:55 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony violation of probation, Class D felony parole violation, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
