Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Kerry E. Waymire, 36, of the 3900 block of Hoosier Woods Court, Anderson, at 9:12 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $373.50 for Civil failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Jesse J. C. Williams, 23, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 1:23 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested Daniel D. Perkins, 55, of the 3200 block of East 10th Street, Anderson, at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony in-home detention violation and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Holli N. Martin, 32, of the 400 block of Holiday Drive, Fortville, at 2:52 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,500 for Civil contempt of court, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Cheryl L. Beckett, 37, of the 2100 block of Lafayette Street, Anderson, at 4:18 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Elwood police arrested Kristopher L. Miller, 22, of the 1700 block of South G Street, Elwood, at 4:20 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $775 for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Tammy L. Stanbaugh, 31, of the 2800 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 5:26 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class C misdemeanor failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Daysha R. Helpling, 22, of the 1400 block of South Madison Road, Elwood, at 6:21 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
