NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Edward W. Newman, 53, of the 3200 block of West County Road 1100 North, Alexandria, at 10:36 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Elwood police arrested Jessica D. Cox, 18, homeless, at 10:46 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

Pendleton police arrested Kimberly J. Morris, 21, of the 3500 block of West County Road 350 South, Hartford City, at 11:43 a.m. Saturday. Morris posted a bail bond of $10,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Dwayne E. Streaty, 47, of the 1200 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 2:05 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Jose A. Hernandez, 23, homeless, at 4:54 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor battery and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Chesterfield police arrested Ashley N. Waldrep, 28, of the 100 block of Kim Drive, Anderson, at 7:55 p.m. Saturday. Waldrep posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Christopher J. Stolle, 40, of the 800 block of East County Road 360 West, Anderson, at 8:05 p.m. Saturday. Stolle posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Elwood police arrested Edward Gutierrez, 47, of the 2200 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 1:26 a.m. Sunday. Gutierrez posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Chesterfield police arrested Dustin M. Sipes-Rumback, 25, of the 4000 block of South 50 West, Anderson, at 1:38 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.
