Arrest Log: Dec. 3

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Daniel T. Wilson, 31, of the 2500 block of 1100 North, Alexandria, at 10:17 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Edgewood police arrested Brent W. Turner, 48, of the 3400 block of Berkeley Road, Anderson, at 10:26 a.m. Saturday. BOnd was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .15 BAC or greater and Class A misdemeanor OWI: endangering a person.

Indiana State police arrested Eliot B. Reed, 32, of the 1800 block of Eighth Street, Anderson, at 1:24 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County deputies arrested Tony L. Bright, 43, of the 100 block of Sixth Street, Summitville, at 2:23 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Madison County deputies arrested Benjamin L. Brewer, 31, of the 2000 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 3:11 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Christie L. Downam, 38, of the 1500 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 4:06 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Gerald D. Halladay, 36, of the 3000 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 5:28 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child and contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County police arrested Jose D. Rodriguez, 55, of the 1800 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 5:30 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Marco A. Jaimez-Laguna, 26, of the 3300 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 5:48 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
