Arrest Log: July 1

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Elwood police arrested Thomas J. Leonard, 41, of the 1800 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 5:58 p.m. Saturday. Leonard posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony theft.
  • Elwood police arrested Gregory A. Musick, 46, of the 800 block of South 19th Street, Elwood, at 7:13 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Kevin W. Henson Sr., 57, of the 2100 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 8:36 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class B felony failure to appear.
  • Pendleton police arrested Jonathan M. Hughes, 42, of the 9900 block of South County Road 300 West, Pendleton, at 10:29 p.m. Saturday. Hughes posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested David K. Flora, 53, of the 9600 block of South County Road 1000 West, Pendleton, at 5:47 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 on charges of Class C felony battery and Class C felony intimidation.
  • Edgewood police arrested Randall H. Littrell, 60, of the 5100 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 5:53 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction, Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and Class A misdemeanor refusal to submit to a chemical test.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael D. Brooks, 56, of the 1500 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 2:22 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony habitual traffic offender, Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction, and Class D felony parole violation.
