ANDERSON, Ind. —

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested William A. McPhearson, 21, of the 600 block of Madison Street, Alexandria, at 4:10 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Madison County deputies arrested Christian J. Garrison, 25, of the 2300 block of Anthony Drive, Anderson, at 4:39 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class C felony.

Anderson police arrested Gage E. Geeskie, 20, of the 400 block of Woodlawn Drive, Anderson, at 5:19 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor DWS: prior.

Madison County deputies arrested Chad M. Gossett, 31, of the 300 block of Andover Road, Anderson, at 5:29 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,750 for Class D felony domestic battery: serious injury and contempt of court in a civil trial.

Madison County deputies arrested Emily N. Harris, 23, of the 700 block of Adams Street, Alexandria, at 6:03 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment. 

Madison County deputies arrested Eddie R. Smith, 36, of the 300 block of Waymond Street, Indianapolis, at 6:10 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for contempt of court in a civil trial.

Madison County deputies arrested Daisy D. Fletcher, 21, of the 1700 block of Bennington Court, Anderson, at 6:24 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class C felony.

Madison County deputies arrested John R. Steele, 25, of the 2700 block of George Street, Anderson, at 8:10 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County deputies arrested James F. Phares, 26, of the 200 block of Danci Drive, Pendleton, at 8:17 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.
